When booking travel services such as flights, hotels, or transportation, we make advance arrangements, incurring commitments and overhead costs. Therefore, cancellation charges apply if you cancel or if unforeseen circumstances cause cancellation. Kindly notify us in writing if you need to cancel. By booking with us, you agree to the following policies: Payment Terms: Booking Advance: An advance of 50,000 INR is required to be paid online to reserve your booking. This amount will be used to make prior bookings for travel services. This amount is deducted from the total cost of the trip. The remaining amount is to be cleared before 30 days from the date of departure. Trip Cost: The total amount paid for the trip inclusive of the booking advance, and other services and charges. Token Amount: 50% of the booking advance, amounting to 25,000 INR, is charged for services rendered prior to the trip. This includes the cost of visa services, hotel bookings, and other associated services. Confirmation of Booking: You will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of a successful booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Traveler: If the traveler cancels the booking, the following conditions apply, Up to 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund except token amount of 25,000 INR. 59 to 30 Days Before Departure: 60% of the trip’s cost excluding a token amount of 25,000 INR will be refunded. 29 to 16 Days Before Departure: 40% of the trip’s cost, excluding a token amount of 25,000 INR will be refunded. 15 Days or Less Before Departure: No refund will be provided. Cancellation due to Visa refusal: In the event of a visa refusal by the consulate, a full refund will be issued, excluding the 25,000 INR from the token amount provided. DillyDallyOnWheels bears no responsibility for visa refusals, as such decisions are entirely within the discretion of the relevant authorities of the respective country. Cancellation by the company: If the minimum number of participants is not met, DillyDallyOnWheels reserves the right to cancel the trip, in which case a full refund of the trip’s cost, including the token amount will be provided. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances: In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, flight delays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the company will provide alternative feasible options which will be priced similar to the original activity, but a cash refund will not be available. In the event that the entire trip gets cancelled due to weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control, a refund excluding the token amount of 25,000 INR will be provided in installments within 90 days of cancellation.
