TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the booking, purchase, and participation in tours and services ("Services") offered by DILLY DALLY TRAILS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking a tour or service with us, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. The following contract is effective from when we confirm your booking with us and we receive your booking advance.


  • Booking & Payment

1.1. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking advance or a non-refundable token amount, as specified for each service.

1.2. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change prior to confirmation.

1.3. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking. The Company shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by you.


  • Change requests by the Customer

2.1. Requests to change tour dates, participant names, or itineraries must be submitted in writing to the Company. All such requests are subject to availability and may incur administrative charges as determined by the company.

2.1.1. Private Trips

Requests to modify the itinerary for private tours must be submitted at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date. Once an itinerary has been finalised and confirmed by both parties, no further changes shall be permitted.

2.1.2. Group Trips

Itinerary changes for group tours are not permitted, as prior bookings and logistical arrangements are made on a group basis.

If a participant does not wish to attend any specific event or activity included in the itinerary, they must notify the Company in writing no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure. Exceptions to this requirement may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company in cases of medical or personal emergencies.

No refunds shall be issued for any events or activities voluntarily missed by the participant. Further, should a participant choose to engage in any activities or excursions outside the scope of the pre-agreed itinerary, such actions shall be undertaken at the participant’s sole risk and expense. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any consequences, liabilities, or additional costs arising therefrom and shall not be required to reimburse or compensate the participant in any manner.


  • Changes by Company

3.1. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances, while ensuring overall tour quality.


  • Health & Safety

4.1. You are responsible for assessing your fitness and health condition for the tour.

4.2. Certain activities may involve physical exertion or inherent risk (e.g. hiking, boating, etc.). Participation is at your own risk.

4.3. You must follow all safety instructions and local laws during the tour. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or disrupts the group.


  • Travel Insurance

5.1. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, cancellations, and lost luggage.

5.2. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from uninsured incidents.


  • Liability Waiver

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DILLY DALLY TRAILS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death.

  • Loss or damage to property.

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

6.2. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.


  • Conduct

7.1. Participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times toward Company staff, tour guides, fellow participants, and members of the local community. Participants must also adhere to all guidelines, instructions, and codes of conduct issued by the Company, as well as comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in the jurisdictions visited.

7.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.


  • Intellectual Property & Media

8.1. We may take photographs or videos during tours for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness unless you opt out in writing.

8.2. All content (photos, logos, descriptions) on our website or brochures is owned by DILLY DALLY TRAILS PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be copied without permission.


  • Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws with the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

10.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.


  • Privacy

10.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely to provide the service and will not be shared without consent.


  • Acceptance of Terms

By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
